    Is Talking for Therapy free?

    No, you can book a 30 minute or longer session with us, on your preferred date and at a time that suits you. The cost of each session will depend on the amount of time you need to speak to us. Each 30 minute session will cost £60

    Can I call Talking for Therapy for anxiety?

    Yes absolutely. Anxiety like many ailments is something most of us cannot handle alone and so we welcome you to call us and speak about this as well as many other ailments.

    Can Talking for Therapy help?

    Yes. We are not only available in a Crisis. That is why talking helps and is not restricted to solely Emergency situations.

    What happens when I call Talking for Therapy?

    When you call Talking for Therapy, we are here to listen to you and we can discuss any matter of concern and or importance to you. There is no judgement.

    Is Talking for Therapy confidential?

    Yes! When you get on the phone with us, everything we discuss is kept confidential and not shared with any third parties unless you give us such permission to.
